Hard to explain. Maybe an inflamed feeling. Is this die off? Skin is not hot to touch. Anything I can do?

I'm on azalistine, fluticasone and levocetrizine for allergies. Supppsedly I'm on anti inflams too. I also upped my turmeric

I take cromolyn sodium to calm the mast cells. It's a prescription. I take as few antihistamines as possible, but I usually end up with at least one Claritin a day or 1/2 Zyrtec.
I take the H2's when things get really bad ... Pepcid is my choice.
I had mold exposure too in the past. What a mix!!

Please call your doctor ASAP.
The feelings of "inner heat and inner itching" are NOT normal.
These symptoms can be due to a medication allergy.
