Hey guys I just wanted to share my experience with Earthing. I've only been doing it for a week and am noticing alot less pain from my Morton's Neuroma and Plantar Faciitis.

Also I have a bad left arm (2 shoulder and 1 elbow surgeries), which is feeling better too.

I take my shoes off outside and just sit with my feet on the ground for about 30-60 minutes and I try to do it daily. I try not to use my phone so read a book instead.

I did feel unwell the first 2 days but after that I feel fine. It's so enjoyable to sit with the footsies in the grass and get some fresh air and watch the clouds go by.

Give it a shot! It's free!

AK--Thanks.

I had an energy healer who suggested this years ago and I did it for a few days and not sure why I didn't continue.

I will try this again. Picture me in a floppy hat with my feet in the shade for sure! [Big Grin] Having had melanoma I don't need to get sunburned.

I am really pleased for you that it helps! But that is how I got Lyme disease. Going barefoot as a kid. I would pick ticks out from between my toes at the end of the day. So please be careful about tick checks!

I sit in the shade Hiker. I can't tolerate too much sunlight. No, I'm not a vampire...but sometimes I break out in a rash.

KGG thanks for the heads up. I watch my feet from time to time because of the ants in my yard. I don't sit under trees and would like to make a bug free zone to do my Earthing.

Might make a little Zen garden.

Kgg—I am religious about checking for ticks. My grass is cut short and I have never seen a tick in my yard.

Above my feet I wear a cloth guard sprayed with permethrin and the rest of my outdoor clothes are also sprayed with permethrin.

But never say never. Vigilance is the key for sure.

Just 20 min.s w/o glasses lets light to the eyes even in the shade (light is bouncing off all you see). I heard ~2pm is best but hey...

Thanks Whew. I'll have to set the sprinkler out that time of day or just hose off from time to time. Getting in the 90's already down here.
