You can give the first letter of the doctor's last name plus the state he/she is in.
So, for example, your post and title of post could be: Seeking info on Dr. S in New York.
You can't be any more specific than that. No city, no first initial, etc.

If you're not sure, you could check with www.ILADS.org, or ask your state group.
