I prefer a balanced diet ... not really low-carb, but good carbs ... not really low-fat, but good fat.
Low carb only in that I'm not eating a lot of simple carbs. Low fat only in that I'm not eating bad fats.

I agree with what sixgoofy says. Organic and food with real ingredients is also better.

Moderation in all things!!
Low carb....good carbs, not sugars or starches. You NEED good fats as well. Omega 3's etc. Salmon, avocadoes, whatever.
