Over at Medical, I saw another post pointing to an Amazon link for a book supposedly co-authored by Dr. D.
He's our LLMD and he told us that he is not a co-author, that he originally was approached to write a forward for the book. The publisher added his name as a co-author (possibly for publicity purposes?).
It is my understanding that they have no authorization to use his name in any publicity for this book, and that Dr. D's original forward may not now be included in the publication at all.

You know. I've heard of two other incidences of this happening. What are people thinking!!?? Hoping no one will sue them??
One is Chuck Norris and I do believe he is suing the person who is promoting a book that says he is a co-author .. and he's NOT!
