Over at Medical, I saw another post pointing to an Amazon link for a book supposedly co-authored by Dr. D.
He's our LLMD and he told us that he is not a co-author, that he originally was approached to write a forward for the book. The publisher added his name as a co-author (possibly for publicity purposes?).
It is my understanding that they have no authorization to use his name in any publicity for this book, and that Dr. D's original forward may not now be included in the publication at all.

I would call his office & let him know- poor Doc D- he has been SO CAREFUL not to lose credibility- this is indeed very unfortunate!!!
