I like would like some input from everyone if possible. I have an
appointment with a llmd doctor monday. I was lucky enough to get
in fast and found out he takes hmo. But I had to switch doctors because hes a family doctor to. I was wondering if I should talk to
to my family doctor that I have now about what I'm going to do or
maybe he treat me, but he has refused in the past. I do have
other symptoms but my main symptoms has been the twiching ,
jerking of the limbs, fatique etc. Should I go for a piece of mind.
I waited so long to pressure myself to find one and go but I'm
afraid the local doctor that I have now won't take me back.

GO Go Go....no question about it...there are plenty of PCPs if your doctor won't take you back...that is a small issue in my mind.

PS. You don't need 2 docs. Too many cooks spoil the broth.
And remember... a LLMD was once a regular doctor too... so even if it isn't Lyme, et al... it should be a nice change.

If your regular doctor has refused in the past to work with you on the very complex matter, drop him. Why hire him, pay him, or beg him to take you back if all you got was abuse through neglect ?
Why pay for incompetence. You can't expect him to change and it's a bit like taking a Saturn to a Volvo dealer and expecting them to fix it.
Go to the doctor with the knowledge, skill and experience that your body requires.

Your LLMD is hooked up with an HMO????? Where did you get his name?? I never heard of a real LLMD connected with an HMO.

Your health comes first. Do not worry about what your PCP might think or say.
You are his customer and if you choose to take your business elsewhere that is up to you.
