If your regular doctor has refused in the past to work with you on the very complex matter, drop him. Why hire him, pay him, or beg him to take you back if all you got was abuse through neglect ?
Why pay for incompetence. You can't expect him to change and it's a bit like taking a Saturn to a Volvo dealer and expecting them to fix it.
Go to the doctor with the knowledge, skill and experience that your body requires.

Your LLMD is hooked up with an HMO????? Where did you get his name?? I never heard of a real LLMD connected with an HMO.
