I was reading through Burrascano's guide (believe it or not I had not read the whole thing til now) and noticed the no starch or flour rule.
I eat cereal with milk for breakfast every morning because it is just the easiest thing to do. Any suggestions for breakfast that are quick and easy? I am always super hungry in the morning and really weak feeling.

My LLMD recommended that I try Ezekiel bread. It is made up of sprouted grains and no flour. It is high in protein, doesn't spike and drop your blood sugar like normal breads. I toast it with a little butter and various other toppings...
Boiled eggs, nuts, frozen berries are also my favorites.
Plain greek yogurt is great if you can have dairy. I tolerate it well but I know some here cannot eat it.

Yep, I do the ole egg routine. I keep boiled eggs around too.
Sometimes I do hummus with a few Mary's Gone Crackers crackers. I try to keep the carb count low. They are also low grain.
Milk and cereal would definitely feed the yeast.

Thanks for all the suggestions! I think I will try boiled egg for breakfast and maybe some fruit. Now, if I can find healthy foods for the rest of the day! Eating and cooking healthy is quite a task me when I feel soo weak and ill.

I eat a lot of nuts and boiled eggs for quick easy protein!
I know nuts are not great if you are doing the Fry bug low fat diet though.
