I know when I was in physical therapy and the therapist would ask my pain level I had a hard time answering.
And some people tolerate pain well and others not so well.
But medicine is always evolving.

This is most useful for me. I look back on what I have been doing the last few days, or week.
I feel it's pretty accurate, even when it's pain that is affecting my daily life.
If I know I'm going to be asked to gauge pain or fatigue, I intend to bring a copy of this.
