Ok, my girlfriend has been diagnosed with lyme disease. She thinks her symptoms started about 4 or 5 years ago, not exactly sure may have been longer. So many things keep coming back to her. We have been together 9 and 1/2 years. I currently do not have any symptoms. Should I get tested? Should I go to the same Dr. and be honest or go to someone else? Thanks for all your help and advice.

Hi, if you and your partner have been having unprotected sex, it is highly probable that you both have shared a borrelia infection, as well as all the other infections that tag along with it. I mean the most well-known co-infections as well as the many viruses, particularly those in the herpes family. It's important also to remember the fungi and other microbes as well, and of course the many toxins not directly originating from microbes, such as mercury and even PBDE's. The levels of these toxins rise and fall in direct proportion to the level of microbial burden.

As far as getting tested, it's quite difficult to find a reliable test that is not energy based. I'm aware that Igenex and Bowen labs can perform the most reliable of the blood, CSF, synovial fluid, bone marrow, other fluid or other tissue assays.

Energetic testing, sometimes referred to as muscle testing is, in my experience, the most accurate diagnostic tool. It's important to be aware that this method varies greatly in style and reliability depending on the practitioner performing it.

My recommendation would be that you go to see Dr. K. I've seen most all the big name LLMD's and I have by far the greatest level of confidence in Dr. K.

Email me privately for more info, should you require it.

Good luck hacking your way through the jungle!
