I know I have read about the increase in floaters with Lyme. What about Babesia? Does this do anything to your eyes? My right eye has been slightly sore for the past 3 or 4 days. I went to the eye doc on Friday and he said everything seems ok. I use Refresh to help but it only lasts an hour or so.
Also, if anyone has had the all over body twitching like I have. Did it clear up once on meds or are you still fighting it. It will be 2 weeks for me on the Mepron/Zith/Doxy stuff on Thursday and I feel lousy. I had heart palpitations horribly over the weekend. I don't know if this is part of a Babesia herx or am I just on meds overload. I am hoping I am going down the right path. I do feel bad, but not as bad as some of you have experienced. This makes me question everything....

I'm not sure about the eyes and babesia, but my eyes are suffering a bit from the pollen. I bought some Opcon-A. My eye was really red.
Sounds like you are herxing pretty hard. That in itself would indicate Lyme & Co. Nothing to doubt there.
Heart palps are a part of babs and also Lyme, but if they get too scary, call your LLMD. He/she may want you to back off the meds for a day or two.

Body twitching may be due to low levels of Magnesium within the cells.
Magnesium is difficult for the gut to absorb. This kind has several forms that are absorbed better:
