can someone explain to me what an actual antiyeast diet would consist of i dont have really to much of an idea besides no bread thank you brian

no yeasted products no vinegar (mayo, mustard, ketchup, etc.) no sugar (the obvious things as well as no milk or high-glycemic fruits/veggies - bananas, carrots, grapes, etc.)
eat protein, veggies and drink lots of water some can tolerate yogurt
I used this website as a starting point and tailor my diet to what I, personally, have found is OK for me. I cheat occasionally, but have improved a lot on this regimen.

Even more simple... just shop in the produce section (leave out the fruit) and the meat section(leave out the cured meats, etc).
