I have seen these emergency techniques performed by practicing physicians at several seminars. Who knows when these might help someone!

If you are having a heart attack , someone should remove all metals off your body (necklaces, bracelets, rings, belt buckles, wire-rim glasses).
Get all that off and hold your LEFT little finger, quietly and patiently breaching deeply in through the nose and out through the nose or mouth. Try to get your arms and shoulders and everything as relaxed as you can. Try to get in an alpha state in your mind as you are holding your LEFT little finger.

(The doctor using this method in an emergency has never seen that fail to stop a heart attack.) Nobody should wear metal-rimmed glasses (added comment by physicians who treat the very ill)

To stop a seizure , grab the thumbs and hold on real tight. If they are missing an arm, grab both big toes. Thumbs work better than toes, but toes work.

Anaphylactic shock : Fingers on the super sternal notch, fingers on the T-1 vertebrae.

Asthma attack : Both middle fingers and T3

Go to www.KingInstitute.org for other type problems and details. I have them all, but don't have the time right now.

Take care.

Dear Gigi,

That is some pretty neat info.....

Who would of thought? Does it have something to do with pressure points?

Thanks for posting this. It may save mine or someone else's life one day.

Hugs,

Geneal

Gigi,

Is this reflexology? I have been studying it and still some skeptical. However, I relieved a headache soon after getting my book. Next day, my husbands.

I will finish the book and experiment before I decide. I am intrigued by the claims in the book.

It is called Ki Therapy.

"Ki energy is an inherent energy existing in every living human being. Like blood, Ki energy circulates throughout the body. Its conduits are the meridian systems. We believe that symptoms such as pain and discomfort as well as illness are signs that indicate an imbalance in the energy body. These signs may persist for a long time (chronic) and some for a short time (acute). Either way, we believe that as long as the balance is restored and maintained the signs or symptoms will diminish. Since illness first manifests at the energetic level, balancing the Ki energy and attuning the vibrations can bring back that balance which is necessary for wellness."

Google Ki Therapy and check out
www.KingInstitute.org

Take care.

Gigi,

Did this help you? I do believe that touch heals. But not familiar with anything in this area because where I live way way behind on these matters.

I have to read about it or hear it on tv or radio. Lately, I have been exploring other possibilities. However, I have to be careful financially also.

Doctors even use these methods? No doctor here would ever use this. Most here don't even keep up with the new treatments. I had to drive out of state 5 hours for atb therapy for lyme.

I'm in a position where I could use these emergency techniques. Thanks for the tips.

Take care.

You better make sure that the metal you remove are not medical alert related.

The professionals who treat people and who would be aware and use of Ki Therapy do not encourage anyone to wear even a metal belt buckle on their body.

If I had a heart attack while wearing a medic alert, I would be thankful for someone saving my life even if the medic alert had to be removed while the therapy is applied.

When I became ill with Lyme Disease and for a period of at least four years, I did not wear any metal on my body. I removed all metals on the outside and I had all metals removed from my mouth and body --- that's when I was able to heal and become well. That included Titanium dental implants. (Implants are now done in Europe with non-metalic materials for that very reason.)

Again:

Spooky, there are different healers somewhere near you. You just won't find them in the yellow pages sometimes. Do you have a health food/supplement store close to you?
