Are we lymies supposed to take multi-vitamins without iron or does it not matter? Isn't iron important if you might be anemic? On the other hand, isn't it bad to take it with the lyme for some reason?

I don't think it matters really. I've never heard it being bad to take with lyme.
I have very low ferritin levels so my LLMD has me taking an iron supplement. I get multivitamins without iron and get an entirely different supplement that is just iron alone. I've found that the multivitamins that have iron aren't very much and not enough to really boost my ferritin levels, so I get the iron supplement on the side.
