NSI is cheaper
NSI has twice the amount of servings

Host Defense has a longer track record among consumers

I found a site you might be interested in. I am in no way affiliated with them, just found the website while searching the net for mushroom powder. I haven't oredered from them yet,but plan to do so in the future. If you don't mind doing your own encapsulating, it really is quite cheap. The 14 medicinal mushroom blend looks quite interesting. One drawback ( to some) is that they are not organic.

My LLMD has me taking Host Defense. I take so much I can't really tell what is doing what, but he says it's good for building the immune system.
