I'm currently off of antibiotics and taking japanese knotweed every third day. I'm also on a lot of supplements (about 15 different ones) to support the immune system and hopefully open up my methylation pathways so I can detox heavy metals.

But all of a sudden I'm feeling almost as bad as I was on anitibiotics so I've got to find the instigator in my protocol!

I'm currently thinking it might be the Vitamin C? Has anyone ever herxed, or heard of people herxing, on about 1 gram (1,000 mg)? I think I'm taking about 1,050 mg and that's something like 1667% of your "recommended daily allowance" (but who pays attention to that anyway).

Thanks [Smile]

YES!!!

VIT C is a powerful immune stimulant and has been known to kill toxins , cancer cells ( my doc used it for treating cancer ) and also pathogens. I take a powder form that is not ascorbic acid . There are different forms .

This will boost anything you are doing to help yourself .
