Does anyone have a sore mouth....my gums hurt and my teeth feel rough and uncomfortable on the inside...like I had drunk acid and wore off all the enamel. My tongue is sore, too...also the roof of my mouth.
And the taste is terrible. I often have a very dry mouth, but this is worse. It drives me crazy and I can't figure out what is causing it. I am not on any new meds. I did recently have a root canal.
I use special toothpaste from the dentist and a mouthwash. But nothing seems to help. Any ideas???

Yes, my gums have been sore. Am wondering if there's any connection to biofilms in the mouth.
So, I found a really easy and painless remedy that works to stop the gum pain:
get some sesame or sunflower oil, swish a little bit around in your mouth for 20 minutes, make sure it coats your entire mouth, your saliva will obviously increase, and then spit out after 20 minutes.
I do the sesame oil and I notice pain relief every time I do it. And my sinuses drip for two hours afterwards. So it really is doing something - if anyone can explain it, go ahead! I think it's called oil pulling.

Man I wish I had know this before, when I was going through this. My mouth hurt so bad I could barely talk. I have plenty of sesame oil I love it! I will try to keep this mind so I can use it next time!
