Does anyone have experience with these.. if so.. how did it work and how much how many times and day and 30 minutes before meals.. 2-3 hours between supps and meds?

I tried CSM and it worked! Burning pain went away quickly but it seems to be inflamming my stomach and possibly intefering with my extrended release beta blocker.. :-(

thank you!

I am doing this. It works very well. First thing in the morning I have bentonite clay with metamucil. Wait one hour, then eat and take meds.

Prior to dinner on an empty stomach I repeat this

I use 1 tsp clay to 1 TBSP metamucil mixed with water and followed with 3 glasses of water

My son and I are taking bentonite clay at night before bed. Chlorella 30 minutes before every meal.

My goal is 10g of chlorella per day. My son's goal is 5g of chlorella per day.

We are taking plenty of minerals like zinc, iron, chromium and a multi-mineral supplement because the binders will also carry out the good minerals.

So is it ok to take bentonite clay an hour before eating and taking meds?

I always thought that binders like that had to be 2 hours away from everything. ie nothing 2 hours before it and nothing 2 hours after it.

I am trying to figure out how to fit my bentonite in to my already full meds/supplements schedule. If it can be taken within an hour of meds/supps that would really be helpful.

I questioned my LLMD on that too, they said it is okay

Judging how I herx on Artemsinin in the morning, the clay doesn't seem to undermine it's effects

Thanks Lauralyme!

My LLMD also mentioned taking it an hour before breakfast but when I thought about it after the appointment I wasn't sure if that was right since I had heard different before.

Glad to hear it hasn't been an issue for you! That will help me to better fit it in my schedule.

Thanks!!
Pam
