acidophilus is THE probiotic for fighting yeast.
Your GI tract likes many types I have dealt extensively with yeast and probiotics for a few years now. I can tell you acidophilus is the one you want.
I take about 40 billion units of acidophilus and about 20 billion of a multiprobiotic 2 hours after abx and it is the magic dose for me.

Why use only acidophilus when you can buy products with THAT and several other strains?
I've dealt with candida for more than 11 yrs.

Lymetoo, and others, any suggestions. My LLMD was telling me about a pre-probotic..I forgot the name but she told me to take one every time I turned around. I told her I had the acidophilus she said to finish that then start on another.. So any advice please. tks.
