right now my camper is fine-mold free. new-never had mold.
but it is parked next to a house that is new and beautiful but obviously full of mold. not sure what kind. you can smell the mold 20 feet from the house-inside it stinks and you can see it growing
i can live free here in my camper. i am allowed to go in to use heat or water (its cold here now so no water in camper.) camper is only about 6-8 feet from house
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES MOLD WiLL SPREAD TO THE CAmPER AND BE A PROBLEM?
i guess i can carry spors on my clothes and they are all around the house so i fi open camper windows and doors they can get in...
i love the camper but i cant pay to be in campground. actually-they arent even open here now...but i dont want it to get moldy
anyone deal with something like this? thanks

As I recall you've had the HLA testing and it looked like you were like me in that you have trouble getting rid of the mold toxins.
Even if that is not the case I would not take a chance if I had lyme and/or fragile health.
As you said, the spores can travel with you into your camper. They WILL travel with you if the house is full of spores. IF you kept your camper warm and dry the mold spores would not have enough moisture to grow but just exposure to the house could make you really sick.
The mold problem sounds REALLY BAD if you can smell it outside the house. As hard as it is to turn down something that you really need this would be the gift that keeps on giving and not in a good way.
Almost nothing is worth taking a chance of giving up what good health we do have or the suffering that we must endure when we go downhill.

i kinda know you're right...shoot. i think mold cant grow when it is real cold either...right? maybe i will be ok til spring andd move it then. very soon i have surgery and will probably not be in it and there will be no heat for a few months.
thereare lots of strong vents and fans so i can go to a clean place and do that for awhile...the central heat and ac are not being used...
anyway thanks. its so new and clean right now . i shouldnt take a chance.

Sorry to hear you need surgery.
I can't say for sure but I would think it would depend on the type of mold but from what I've read, mold can grow anywhere there is moisture.
"As the temperature goes down, the air is able to hold less moisture. This is why, in cold weather, moisture condenses on cold surfaces (for example, drops of water form on the inside of a window)."
That page may have more useful information for you.
I hope your surgery goes well.
