Would something like this work? And, can I use it while on ABX? Thanks

FIR saunas are good for detox while you're on abx. My LLMD had me use mine often.

I have a wooden Sunlighten Sauna. I know there are some who have portable ones, but I don't know much about them.

You can also get a portable tent sauna for about the same amount of money - on ebay and through Promolife.

Yes, you can do FIR detoxing while on antibiotics.

I went to Costco and bought one of their sauna's. They have an anytime return policy and my sauna is made from hemlock. No odor problems and it has helped me tremendously.

We also bought a Costco sauna. It was delivered this week. I've only used it once for 15 minutes.

How long & how often do you use a sauna for detox?
