For the past two days I have worked out for 1/2 hour, with light weights. Then steam & whirlpool. I have been doing steam & whirlpool everyday, but this was the first time I have worked out with weights or anything in the past 5 months. Today I am running a higher temp than usual ( have alot of low grade fever despite the abx & herbs I am on), but this one is higher today, Wonder if its from the exercise.
Any thoughts on this?
Am on 300 mg minocycline 1 gram ceftin

AND I also used the Power Plate vibratory machine - one minute on high, upright position with knees bent arms / hands out stretched holding on to the bar.

- Could well be a herx.
Excercise, steam AND Whirlpool AND vibration plate. Oh, My ! All that heat, chlorine and vibration is likely too much, sorry to say.
Too much heat can really clobber some with lyme.
However, if you have been doing the steam and whirlpool all along and added only:
30 minutes of light weights and vibration plate, I would bet that the vibration plate was just too much. It can be very traumatic to the body, actually. It can produce a state of shock for someone with adrenal issues (as with lyme).
It can also really mess with the vestibular system (inner / middle ear / balance).
Minocycline can also cause more inner / middle ear side-effects, so, in light of all the things listed also affecting inner / middle ear . . .
---------- my note from the thread you posted on the vibration plate:
Are you on an anti-borrelia-cyst Rx such as Flagyl or Tindamax? If not, you might want to ask your LLMD about that if you continue the vibration part of your routine.
Because: I've read that spirochetes HATE vibration. And that can make them more agitated.
Then they spew more toxins AND also convert to cyst form.
The author (whom I forget) thought that it could make spirochetes then go into the protective cyst mode as a reaction to the vibration.
I do recall they wrote that, with vibration, spirochetes want to burrow more deeply into the body to avoid the vibration.
But, you seemed to do okay. Maybe partly due to having been working at this for a while (since 2004?)
Vibration certainly will increase circulation, for sure.
Your being able to tolerate it also seems to suggest that you don't have inner / middle ear issues as, were that to be so, it would have been a very different reaction.
Still, to be sure about whether vibration can make them try to burrow deepter - or ball up in to cyst form - you might put a call into to your LLMD's office manager just to be sure the vibration is okay.
I wish I could recall where I read that but it was from an ILADS' author - several years ago. Wish I had saved it.
I recall it so clearly because I had some terrible reactions to vibration plates in a gym years ago (but I also have middle ear issues). I felt far more toxic, too. But, at that time I did not know I was dealing with lyme so was not on Rx. -
