My cousins daughters, daughter (7 years old) has had a bulls eye rash now for several weeks. Do they last that long?

In all the many times I've been bitten I never had the bulls eye rash so I don't know the answer to that question.

I did not have a bullseye rash, but the rash I did have came and went for a year.

They definitely can last several weeks to a month. And, the center of it, where the tick bite occurred, can last up to 3 months--a small red spot.

That's how long mine lasted and my lyme doc predicted it also. He said that the site of the bite can take months to go away.
