Have had a week full of new symptoms. Horrible headaches and leg pain, ear aches, plus tiny bruises appearing on my legs.

On Mepron/Zith combo. I walked 4 flights of stairs yesterday and had to deal with the worst palpitations I've ever had for about 15 minutes after that. 150bpm

Pulse was steady during this, just fast, and going-to-pop-out-of-my-skin strong.

Rate is in high 70s now, not moving in bed. Still feel my pulse every know and then today and overall uneasiness in chest.

Just a herx? and any tricks to make the palpitations better fast?

Thanks! ... oh and I've had a complete cardiac work up = fine.

Magnesium. Taurine. Fish oil. Hawthorn. CoQ10. Olive Leaf Extract.

Adrenal support.

Rest in quiet & dark room (to help settle the stress hormone dysfunction part of this).

Breathe slow & steady. In through nose, out through mouth.

Hope you feel better.

Four flights of stairs, oh, my. Hope that was just a one-time unavoidable circumstance.

Keebler, unfortunately I live on a 5th floor walk up. I don't go out often [Frown]

Oy, Vey!

When you do go out, can you plan for one or two people to meet you and help support your body from under your arm as you go back up the stairs?

Having this kind of support and propulsion is best with TWO helpers. You'd also need to practice this so that everyone has good body mechanics. Could be fun and bring lots of giggles.

If so, this could decrease the stress tremendously for you. Hope you can find cheerful folks to help you with this. Cheaper for them than a gym. You could offer a dollar (but that can be an expensive precedent).

And, when you go solo, try to keep a slow, steady pace with rhythmic breathing throughout. Sit down if necessary (and if you can get back up. I'd not be able to, most likely. I'd be camped out with a pillow).

If you wear clothes that match dirt, push back up the stairs on your butt. Rubber soled shoes are necessary for this (I found out why by slipping down instead of up when smooth shoe soles gave way).

If you do adopt this method, you may want to get a sturdy seat fabric that you can tuck into your bag and then strap on for the crawl up. Something like a (non-noisy) raincoat fabric that would repel dirt would be nice.

SIBERIAN GINSENG and other ADRENAL SUPPORT is a must for you and could make a great difference in endurance.
