Last week2.2. Llmd asked to stop antibiotics. I wasn't on and retested, still at 2.2. Absolutes nutriphils, eos, all low not as bad. My sodium dropped a littlebutnot as much as WBC. On herbs for treatment and tons of supplements. Any take? Thanks.

Looking at this number in isolation, it is difficult to say what might be going on.

What are the other numbers in your CBC? How about your ANC? You say "low" but how low? Values in your WBC differential? Was a urinalysis done at the same time? If so, I'd look at the spec gravity to rule out possible hemodilution before speculating on anything else. Also would look at lytes in your BMP.

Leukopenia (WBC count < 4000) can be caused by a few things, one being severe or chronic illness. I'd love to try to help, but would need more info.

Any feedback from your doctor on your lab values?
