Does anybody know what to use for knee joint pain? I have Enhansa Curcumin and it helps a little at 450mg maybe I need to increase the dose.

I get knee joint relief with turmeric. I get it in bulk at the health food store and dip 00-size capsules into it and take a couple a day. I can feel it working pretty quickly, so I'd say take it at the level you need. I don't think you can OD on it - it's a cooking herb!

Before increasing the dose you may want to read about the side effects and problems associated with it.
