This stuff is strong folks. Must have hit Babs because my Anxiety which was at a Zero went to a 20. Lost my breath too.

Must have hit Babs.

A good friend sent me the machine, but it came with no instructions. He told me to start at preparing the water for just 5 min. I guess he didn't realize how much infection I have.

Even after 1mg of Xanax, my Anxiety is still going...

All I can saw is Wow...

Found a video where this girl cured her Lyme with Ozone alone.

She did all forms of Ozone.. I don't have access to what she did.

Gonna keep using this...

I'm not sure what machine she used, but you can buy the Water Ozonaters off Ebay.

I feel so much better now after things have calmed down.

This is not a typical Herx I would get from abx or even the Salt/C I'm doing.

Feels like it hit Babs very hard.. I'm still a bit shaky and it's been over an hour since I drank it and even with 1mg of Xanax on board and Some benadryl.

I found this link, really interesting! You can also view his older post at the bottom of the page.

Let me know your feelings on this?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is the use of oxygen with pressure higher than the normal atmosphere for treatment of various medical conditions. In conjunction with its use, HBOT is normally applied in a hospital setting for treating a variety of conditions like tissue necrosis and non-healing wounds, anaerobic bacterial infection, decompression sickness, gas embolism, compartment syndrome, stroke, ischemia, anemia and chronic refractory osteomyelitis.

Medical doctors determined to find possible cures prescribed HBOT for the treatment of Lyme disease knowing that spirochetes hate oxygen, and hoping that the intense infusion of ozone would destroy the bacteria.

Ozone is less stable but more active than oxygen. Ozone therapy is then recommended to deliver oxygen back to tissues and cells needing it. It is the only known application that successfully provides oxygen to remote parts of the body that in effect, boosts the immune system and disease fighting agents of the body against Lyme disease.

Anaerobic Lyme bacteria also thrive in unoxygenated areas so increasing oxygen levels through ozone therapy can effectively destroy the pathogens and alleviate symptoms related to the illness. Ozone also increases arterial partial pressure to certain levels that may be intolerable to Lyme bacteria.

@Steve,

Nice Link there buddy... I totally agree with this guy about Long term Abx for Chronic Lyme. Yes, some do get well, but others, like myself get worse.

There are other ways. Thank God I stopped the abx and now doing alternative. It works and I'm feeling better in many ways.

Still have setbacks with Herx's, but I do feel alot of hope now that I didn't have before.

BTW, I'm on 3gm of Salt/C and just had my electrolytes checked. They are A o.k.

I will now be drinking the Ozonated water. I might have to take the Xanax first tomorrow :-) Boy, that was a rough ride, but it's over and I feel so much better ! It's like a ton of Oxygen hit my brain. Much much clearer in the head. Hope it lasts !

HBO and IV Ozone are certainly options, but you can do this in your house and they are cheap on ebay. Look at this one for $36 delivered. It's a different model, but looks identical to mine.

Hi Lymeteister, I seen the one you pointed to on EBay.

Do these come with instructions?

I'd really like to give it a try.

Has anyone else tried this product?
Thanks!

Mine was given to me by a friend and I didn't get instructions, but it's so simple to use.

Just drop the ball into the glass of water and turn on the timer for 5, 10, 15, 20 min. and then drink it within 15 min.

I know it will lose the Oxygen if you let it sit too long, so they say to drink within 15 min.

Very simple to use...

As with all therapies what works for some may not work for others.

Hubby did I think it was 12 IV ozone treatments back in 2002 -- 2003. This was before antibiotics. For him it did next to nothing and cost a lot of money. These are the treatments where a doc withdraws a certain amount of blood and mixes it with ozone and returns the blood to the body.

The people who may have had some benefit seemed to think it worked more on viruses than bacteria.

You could look for a doc that is a member of ACAM. You can locate docs who belong to that organization based on location or the treatments they offer.

http://www.acam.org

He never tried ozonated water. If that is cheap I guesss it might be worth a try, but personally I would save my money rather than do IV ozone.

Ozonated/oxygenated water enters veins, which are not normally rich in oxygen. This is good environment for microaerophillic bacteria to grow, like borrelia, I think.

Looks really interesting and I'm looking forward to hearing what your experiences are with it.

Curious -- what is "3gm of Salt/C" exactly? Sea Salt?

Just looking at the ebay... the product is pretty cheap given how far it ships from China. Are you satisfied with the quality of the machine? Do you feel like it is doing what it is supposed to (adding ozone)?

Hopefully the made in China chemical additions aren't the causer of your anxiety and issues when using the machine.

There are some very promising studies done on this therapy. It will be very interesting to hear peoples experiences with it.

http://educate-yourself.org/ozone/ozoneart2.shtml

Ozone destroys algae, viruses, bacteria, and fungi on contact and it breaks down harmful chemicals into simpler less damaging molecules. Ozone kills microorganisms by rupturing their cell walls. Healthy cells are not damaged because of their self protective mechanisms.

Ozone has a half life of 20 minutes and thus should be used within the first 5-10 minutes to assure its strength. It can cause an initial drop in energy and feeling 'sickly' due to the die-off of pathogens it killed. It is especially damaging to cancerous cells. Ozone in water as dilute as 1ug/ml is anti-microbial.

While using ozone therapy one should supplement with vit E, N-Acetyl-Cysteine, and Selenium in order to support the glutathione detoxification system. Ozone activates both monocytes and lymphocytes. It increases the oxygen supply to the brain. It improves oxygenation and metabolism (by accelerating the Citric Acid Cycle which is the main cycle for the liberation of energy from sugar.

Didn't have time to read it all. Sota Instruments in Vancouver VC has a very reasonably priced Ozone maker. I bought it 12 and some years ago and have used it frequently. Also ozone injections by knowledgable practitioners are very helpful. It is a nice adjunct to other therapies, especially for dental problems.

I think we all have learned that one therapy alone simply doesn't work, because we are not dealing with only on infection or one toxin. All have to be addressed.

Hope everyone will have a pleasant Thanksgiving.
