Just wondering people's experience with hbot...is it worth the money for these treatments? Is there a certain number that need to be done before you start to see results? They seem costly so wanted to know if they helped anyone before trying.

I haven't had HBOT but I recently read that ozone therapy is about equal in effect, that being AHT (auto hemotherapy) which is ozonation of the blood after about 200 cc taken out then put back in.
Now further research says that rectal insufflation of ozone is proving to be highly effective and perhaps as effective as AHT.
Im mentioning this to you because Ozone can be much more affordable if you learn how to do it at home... its part of my protocol and I make several types of applications a day.
A home unit for HBOT costs about 5 to 7,000. Ozone therapy shouldn't cost more than 2,000 for home equipement.
Its all about getting the oxygen in to boost the immune system and the added benefit to ozone is that it kills all microbes that it gets into contact with.

I had 20 sessions of HBOT in January. I am near remission, dealing with mold, right now, but it cleared my cognitive problems, which had been severe.

And...is it best to do more sessions in a shorter time frame...like 20 in one month...or spread them out....like 20 over three months?
