I need to start taking blood pressure meds again. Mine is a diuretic but it makes my heart pound so my doc said to also take magnesium. I still have trouble swallowing pills and always have to follow a pill with a bite of food to get it to go down and it's getting old.

I need a chewable or sublingual but it can't have sugar alcohols. I did find this product that I can put in water and drink but will it work? Here's the link:

http://www.vitacost.com/productResults.aspx?NttSR=1&previousText=chammomile+tea&ss=1&x=40&y=9&ntk=products&Ntt=chewable%20magnesium

it's the first product..Vitacost natural tranquility magnesium.

That is basically like the Natural Calm. Have you tried that?

It's probably pretty good. I can't tolerate those because of the citric acid and the fizz.

I LOVE a product called ReMag. You can find it at www.rnadrops.com

It's not as expensive as it looks because it is VERY effective and lasts a long time.

The calm i used had stevia in it. It mixed with water-hot or cold...stopped my restless legs right away...but 48 hrs later i am still going to the barhroom every 2 hrs...it probably doesnt do that to everyone

Lymetoo, yes it does seem expensive so I will have to wait awhile before I can get it. I think I will go with my cheaper option. [Smile]

thanks for the info!

lpkayak, are you taking natural calm right before bed? maybe it's too much to drink right before bed. ??
