Fascinating LSG Scott. How much D3 do you take now?
I take 5400 IUs of D3 per day, but I think she was saying 20,000 if you're sick?
She spoke too fast for me at times.
I had sleep study and don't have apnea but wondering if I need more for inabilty to even become sleepy.

also last year i took too much, i got it up over 100, and felt like I was going to die, literally. When I got it back down between 65 and 80, it was a game changer to my well being. So stick with the d3, try and get in this range for a few months, and you should really start to feel better. Good luck, Scott

This is relly worth watching so I hope others come along who watch it and comment.
It applies to people who do not have apnea as well.
Some of her evolutionary ideas bother me, but overall it's excellent!
