Little history here. I've been treated by an LLMD since April for Babesia, Bart and Lyme. I'm currently taking.

Doxy
Rifampin
Atovaquone
Azithromizin
Cefuroxime
Tindamax
2X a DAY!

My Doc a month ago had me start Tindamax or generic Flagyl. All of this at once I am tolerating just fine and have very little symptoms at all and no herxing this month. I just have the constant worry of doing damage to my gut amongst other things. How long do people take a cyst buster or Tindamax??? I've heard of two weeks on two weeks off? My next appointment is in December. Do I just keep taking all of these meds until then????? Again just a little paranoid I'm taking to much and something has to give here.

Wow, you are definitely hitting all 3! Bart, Babs, and Lyme, that is.

My opinion would be to follow your docs instructions and stick with it, if that is what he is recommending. If you can handle this, it seems like you will knock the buggers back much more quickly this way. But, if you are unsure if your doc wants you to continue all this the same until December, you need to call his office and FIND OUT!

The problem I have seen with most treatment is that when you attack one of the infections, the others come to the surface and cause symptoms. So, if you can handle it well, the way you are doing it seems to be ideal.

Just make sure you are taking adequate probiotics and doing adequate detox!

The only question I have is: is this the regimen you have been on since April (besides the recent addition of Tindamax)? I would think you will soon be done with all treatment if you are not herxing and having only minor symptoms. I hope your docs knows to treat for 2 months past any symptoms! In other words, you need to be symptom-free for 2 months before you stop treatment!

My well-known lyme doc had me take flagyl for 60 days straight along with high-dose amoxicillin.

That is how I beat lyme disease.

Burrascano says that you have to take a cyst busting drug for at least 30 days straight for it to work.
