I have a few, very small, pinprick red dots. But I don't think they're petechia, because they're scabbed over, the skin is broken. Very tiny. All over, but sparse. Like one on my forehead, one in front of my ear, one on my knee.

Also I have angular cheilitis but no thrush. I sincerely doubt I'm low on b vitamins, but I don't think I have candida either. My stomach and other parts are acting fine.

Any ideas?

I have these as well!... They come and go, are very small and the key weird thing is the scab over. Whole process in about 3 days?... I have been told that they are a Bartonella rash.

I've seen that wrinkle thing on Lyme people before. You saw the parasite on a slide, right, not *on you*?
