I'm able to stop my Lyme eye symptoms by drinking mangosteen juice, an anti-inflammatory juice. I drink the Mango-Xan juice variety, as it's the most tart. I drink about an ounce a day. We're all different in our responses to remedies - just thought to let you know in case you want to try some.

When I went off sugar, I did it in steps - no sugar, but ate some sweet fruit, like apples and bananas. It took around 10 days or so to get over the sugar craving, then I dropped the sweet fruit.
