Can you suggest what to do about temps that go down to 91.7 and 92.8? Have Babesia and Lyme, thyroid is always in the middle. Don,t know what to take for Babs. because i have reactions to everything I take. Makes my walking worse then what it is and i walk with a walker now.

Sorry to hear your temperature goes so low, and you need a walker to ambulate, that is tough to hear. Maybe find a doctor that treats hypothyroidism based on clinical symptoms? There are also "thyroid support" supplements out there.
Hope you find a solution.

I also have extreme low body temperature; Was outside for 10min in 58 degrees, but wet and windy and temp dropped to 93.5.
Thyroid panel has always been normal but prescribed a compound T3 medication by integrative medicine MD to see if it would help low body temp but been on it a year and no improvement.
Neurologist says it is due to my autonomic nervous system dysfunction and hypothalamus. He increased my Adderall (prescribed for the horrible fatigue) to see if it helps increase my metabolism.
