are there s upplements that specifically support the immune system?

im taking mag, multi, coq10, biotin, fish oil, juice plus, and flex for joints.

I'm using Sanum, for the gut bacteria and general immune support.

I would add some lipossomal Vit C or at least, Ester C.

Another supplement that can help for lots of things is MSM, organic sulfur.

Eleuthero, on and off.

Echinacea, on and off.

Ginseng, on and off.
