Hello everyone. I just received the diagnosis of Lyme last week.

Based on all of the information I have gathered so far (thank you to everyone who has shared with me and/or pointed me in the right direction) it looks like I have had it since I was about 11 or 12. [Eek!] I am going to be 35 this year.

It is a long time to go without the right diagnosis and I have so many symptoms...see my new member post for my history.

I have suffered depression before and have been more depressed since getting much, much worse in Sept of last year. [Frown]

I am currently taking 120 mg of Cymbalta to treat the depression, but I am desperately in need of a therapist.

I was diagnosed with FM 4 years ago, and Lyme as well as an unknown illness (rheumatological or autoimmune based on several positive lab results, but need to see a rheumatologist for further testing and diagnosis)last week.

I am 34 with 3 kids who are 1) about to turn 5 this month, 3 1/2, and 1 1/2. I am horribly ill and would prefer to talk to someone with a recommendation or who has dealt with those with Lyme.

If you are willing to share a reference or willing to talk via e-mail or phone, I could use the support.

I plan on joining the York support group, but the next meeting is on my daughter's birthday so I am not yet sure I will make it until March.

Thank you so much just for reading this!
