I know some here have experience. My friend has a mare who "had/s it twice" and extremely back sore & sensative.

All I could suggest should me on abxs till 3 months symptom free and maybe chiro and massage to ease pain & inflamation.

Any thoughts, info.

thanks.

Hi I am a small animal Veterinary Technician and I do not have a lot of medical knowledge on horses.

I did find this website

http://www.aaep.org/health_articles_view.php?id=187

It doesn't give many specifics, but maybe it is a start?

Good Luck~ Melissa

AAwwwwww! [Embarrassed]

There is another vet that is tops but he is near impossible to get! Also integrative and firmly believes abx is the FIRST line of attack!
