I HAVE BEEN READING THE PROGRESS AND SUCCESS STORIES. I WANT TO KNOW IF PEOPLE WITH LATE STAGE/CHRONIC LYME, WITH CNS AND HEART INVOLVEMENT WILL EVER BE BETTER. LOOKS LIKE PROPLE ARE GETTING BETTER, EVEN IF IT TAKES YEARS. I AM STILL SEARCHING FOR A DOCTOR TO GO TO, IT IS UNFORTUNATE FOR ME THAT I HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE THAT TTAKES INSURANCE. I KNOW THE BEST LLMD'S DON'T. I LIVE IN UPSTATE NEW YORK, NEAR SYRACUSE. I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHAT DOCTORS ARE STICKING WITH THEM, TESTING FOR CO-INFECTIONS AND INTERESTED IN TREATING THEM TO THE END AND DOESN'T GIVE UP ON THEM. I WILL TRAVEL UP TO 6 HOURS TO A DOCTOR. THANK YOU ALL. I DON'T HAVE ANY TIME TO WASTE, I NEED TO FIND THE RIGHT DOCTOR THE FIRST TIME.

Not yet. I need to find one that takes insurance and that is posing a real problem.
There is one 6 hours from me and he sees lyme patients monthly. I am too sick to travel l2 hours plus see a doctor.
I am from Utica, NY, on the Thruway, do you know anyone in my area that takes insurance. The only other doctor I know of is in Morristown, NJ, 4 l/2 hours away. Yes, I have posted.
Thank you.
