Seeking anyone with knowledge regarding Botox adverse side effects. The injections I received were NOT for cosmetic reasons but for treatment of pain in the neck. I am trying to research to see if anyone has had serious sickly side effects. I am suffering dizziness, pressure in the head, lightheadedness, nausea, feeling of passing out, having the need to hold onto something when I raise my head from a bent position, etc.
Your expertise/advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Thank you.

Get medical help as soon as possible. Probably best to go to a different doctor than the one who did the shots, although the first should know of your problems and he may have a quick remedy.
Recently, patients and advocates have requested the FDA issue a warning. You can search on the New York Times website, or other places. Just this month.
Oh . . . you should get the lot number or any other info. from the doctor who gave you the shot . . . and inform them so that the vial your shot was taken from will not be used for any other patient. that will need to be studied. It may not be your doctor's fault if the medicine has a problem.
Or . . . if you doctor had the needle in wrong, well, that's another matter. But there have been recent serious reports from Botox. Several.
