Please respond if you have had severe side effects from Botox injections in the neck for pain.
I am very sick from it. When I bend down to tie my shoe or pick up something from the floor, it takes everything I have to lift my head/neck back up (like it it totally paralyzed), and I get real sick, nauseous, dizzy, lightheaded, and feel like I am going to throw up. I have difficulty lifting or reaching out with my right arm too. Something is dreadfully WRONG. I am so scared. The nausea/dizziness continues throughtout the day from the Botox!

I recently heard on the news of such bad reactions to botox injections in or near the neck. I'd check back with your MD immediately. Good Luck.

Blondie sent me a PM. She is attending to this. Glad to hear from her.
