I'm wondering if I'm the only one....

I see them clear as day. Every morning I look out the window toward the sky and lay in such a way until the floaters float into my direct field of vision. I clearly see worm shapes, no doubt about it. They are darker at one end.... I'm guessing that's the head. And around this head end there is a translucent clear cloud...biofilm, I'm guessing.

I feel so strange sharing this, but thought I'd put it out anyway to see if I'm the only one. Try looking at your floaters and see what you can see. You have to be patient because when you try to look at it, it moves away in the direction your eye is looking. You have to just keep adjusting your head until gravity brings it into your view. It takes a few minutes, but then it's clear to see them. Very strange.

I'm beginning parasite treatment this Thursday. Feeling nervous and scared. My symptoms are the worst I can remember..... tons of hot sizzling buzzing, tingling, etc.. all thru my body. Worse in my extremities. And anxiety is off the charts....waking me at night into surges of panic. I feel so outside of myself. Feeling scared.

Beginning with Biltricide for 2 days, then going into Ivermectin for 2 weeks. This is based on ART testing. More meds are in the lineup following the Ivermectin, I just can't remember their names right now. I'm going back to the practitioner every 2 weeks to be tested as I go along.

Hang in there Tammy, you are not alone. :) The floaters I see (when I'm looking at my computer screen) actually look more like sperm. And when I close my eyes, I often see a black dot. Mine have gotten better with babs treatment though (not done).

Hi Catgirl. Kind words. Thank you. I just sent you a PM by the way! We must be on the same wavelength.

Mine are more wormy and longer than sperm. Interesting though....

What you are seeing is very common, for those without lyme as well. They can take on various shapes and sizes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floater

You are not seeing the spirochete, a parasite or any type of bug for that matter.

Tammy,

You are not imagining what you are seeing. I am sure others find it hard to believe that these are actually worms/parasites that you are seeing. I recently saw a video on you tube I think where an eye doctor was extracting a worm from an eyeball.

I have had small worms/parasites exiting my nose, ears, mouth and eyes, when I started a heavy regime of antiparasitic herbs and salt/c. I know it sounds scary, but it really wasn't that bad, just shocking.

I was actually relieved when they started coming out and kept saying, "no wonder i have been so sick." Antiparasitics are KEY for many that are chronically ill and aren't getting better on abx alone.

I looked at it as a shamanistic experience and was able to deal with it that way. Hang in there, and realize that you will start healing when you get rid of this nasty infection.

u could say mine look like worms but they also look exactly like what spiroketes look like under a microscope

mine are wiggly and alive when i am not on tx but dead(not wiggly) when on meds

i also see many little circles (cysts i think)

my eye doc says i have a chronic bacterial infection in my eyes and has me take 1 doxy a day for it plus an abx drop...

he also goes into detail about the things that come out of my eyes...they look alot like seseme seeds-but he never says lyme or borrellia

Surprisingly, eye problems can also be caused by yeast & fungus, too -

As an aside, it is important to note that antimalarials, specifically chloroquine and its derivatives, have been associated with significant retinal disease seen either at the time of therapy or perhaps years later.

This article also has a reference to ticks at the end...

Here's a story about it from the news -

This article explains it pretty well, too -

It's pretty common for people to see them. Allergies, debris, cosmetics, some ingredients in eye drops & contact lenses can also cause eye problems. So, it may not always be parasites...

It seems all cases may be different. When they say it may be a normal issue of ageing - you don't really know, though. Many of the parasites are very common & can cause the symptoms of floaters... Who knows?

All my Lyme eye symptoms cleared up when I started drinking mangosteen juice, an anti-inflammatory antioxidant juice. You can find it at healthfood stores and online. I drink 1/2 oz in the am and pm.

We're all different when it comes to what works. If you try it and it works, let us know!

I am sure of what I am seeing. It is freaky. I can't wait to kill the little bastards.

Gael - I'm glad you reminded me (and prepared me) for all of the possible exists the bugs can come out. Yes, sounds shocking. Glad to hear it "wasn't that bad". Started my parasite meds tonight. Wish me luck. Let the fun begin! (Just hoping for some much-needed symptoms relief...soon. This is my prayer.)

Thank you.

I just noticed mine as well the other week when I was sick with a high fever.

Mine look exactly like spirochetes..maybe worms with a definite mouth.

And the other floaters are circular. I thought the exact same thing, so you are not alone!

It's so freaky, isn't it?? I watch them every single day and see how they are growing/changing. A few weeks ago, the one was surrounding by about 5 or 6 little ones.... babies! But they were gone the next day. Just the original one remained. Crazy.... I can't even believe I am sharing this. I can hardly believe it myself. So strange.

I just started parasite treatment last night. I can't wait to see if/how it will affect these things in my eyes. Would be incredibly uplifting to see them disappear. They have been there way too long. Time to vacate the premises!!!!

While there is no doubt that lyme, other TBD and other stealth infections can affect the eyes and vision in various ways - and parasites, too - not everything is lyme.

Also, with lyme & co. comes a lot of toxicity. That increases the "debris" in the body and can also affect the eyes.

FLOATERS are very common but, perhaps, a bit more so at times for those with lyme. Floaters are not spirochetes. Spirochetes are far too microscopic to see like that.
