San Francisco Bath Salt Co. is having a special. Their Himalayan Salt (fine ground, great for the protocol) in the 25lb. bag is on sale for $48.99 and shipping is FREE.

I don't think you can beat this price anywhere, and it's a great product.

I went through a 25lb. bag in a year, I just ordered my second one. In addition to the protocol, my wife was cooking with it and we salted our food with it.

My blood pressure has actually gone down despite consuming all this salt.

25 POUNDS of salt? How much do you go through per day? wow!! Are you feeling better on salt/c?

I only go through 3/4 a teaspoon a day ;-). Not too much.

Salt/C is giving me die off, looks exactly like the die off I had when doing Tindamax.

Be very careful which "himalayan" salt you buy.
There is a lot around that is not genuine. And I doubt that you can buy the genuine good Himalayan Salt that comes where they say it comes from for the price mentioned.

www.americanbluegreen.com has it and I recently bought some from Swanson.

Not all "natural" salts are equal.

Check Dr. Barbara Hendel's/Peter Faerreira's book "Water & Salt" who did the research and used it in practice for many years.

I use Himalayan Salt to make sole
which I use quite a bit for the electrolites, etc.
You can learn about many uses from the book.

I have done many of these salt therapies starting year ago as well as using Himalayan in the kitchen and at the table. Have washed some regular salt off nuts and dried them in the oven with a bit of Himalayan Salt on it. Makes all the difference in the world. And it makes wonderful Sauerkraut in a few days.

Take care.

You can't get a better product than what comes from the San Francisco Salt Co.

The salt I'm referring to comes with a certificate of authenticity. Anyone worth his/her salt can taste and smell this stuff and tell that it's the real deal. Nevertheless, some people like to exercise their superiority complex and shoot their mouths off without investigating first hand in order to really know what they're talking about.

As far as the price is concerned, the price of this salt has fluctuated from this vendor based on the fluctuating costs of obtaining it from its country of origin. I've seen the same 25lb. bag of salt for sale from this same vendor less than a year ago for as much as $79.99 if that makes anyone feel better.

I posted it because it was at an exceptionally good price and it's an exceptionally good product and I was just trying to pass it on and help people out.

And I know that it's probably difficult for gIgI to appreciate this, but this product is also kosher.

Swanson's products on the other hand, I have always found to be sub-standard. But hey, if you want to buy junk in small quantities and pay more for it, be my guest.

I'll pass on the sauerkraut. I'm more of a gifeltifish, bagels, and lox guy myself.
