Has anybody else had this problem? We filled it last month with no problems. Called in a refill and the pharmacy is saying it is unavailable. I called the manufacturer and they are saying that it is still available and their are no shortages. Not sure what to do at this point.

Can you fill it at a different pharmacy?
The old one can normally fax the script to the new one.

Well it is interesting to hear that the manufacturer said it is still available because I was told by my LLMD (and by people here on lymenet) that they are no longer making Ketek. I sure wasn't able to find it anywhere.
So now I am confused. If they are still manufacturing it then my LLMD would want me on that since it worked well on my persistent strep levels.

Hmmm...I just found this thread which I think explains this issue.
Thanks Pam. I couldn't get amything to come up on a search for some reason. My pharmacy did manage to find one months supply for me at an out of town store. I guess I need to start looking around some more for a pharmacy that can possibly get it in. Thanks for helping me out.
