I'm confused about glycemic index and glycemic load, and which I need to keep an eye on when struggling with blood sugar, adrenal, and yeast issues.
If anyone has any info they'd like to share, it'd be appreciated. Thank you.

- You can search the terms on Google and find lots of great sources.
Basically, a high glycemic load is dangerous so you want to consume foods that are low to moderate on the Glycemic Index.
Whole foods are best. Simple and processed ones are not.
For many subjects, Wiki is a good place to begin a search: ----------------
