Would one's white blood cell count be lower if one were herxing really hard?

I don't really understand how these things work. I know the drugs can make it lower.

I was wondering if herxing could lower it as you are fighting harder?

Severe neurological problems. Probably sick for years. Became chronically sick in Aug 2007. Undiagnosed for another 15 months. Started treatment for lyme and bart Sept. 2008. Improving, but very slowly.

When IV antibiotics are given for more than three weeks, it is common for
a very SEVERE flare of symptoms to accur at the fourth week, similar to a
serum sickness reaction. This can be associated with leukopenia and/or
elevations in liver enzymes

Thanks. I think that is what was happening, but I wanted to double check. I was herxing hard and had a cold and my period. My body was far from happy.
