Have you tried just over the counter Monistat? It worked for me a while back.

Diflucan would take care of both.

I would ask for Diflucan, if you can get it. It is powerful. Sticking with a sugar free diet, taking an antifungal, keeping stress to a minimum, supporting your immune system... etc.
Yeast is a beast, I tell you. I've had yeast problems almost my whole life. And, honestly, it CAN be as hard to get rid of AND keep rid of as this Lyme disease.
It takes a lot of diligence and keeping on top of our diet to really keep it at bay.
I'm convinced more people have yeast than realize it.
Even my kids are dealing with it! And they aren't on long term abx.

I would get several good brands of different probiotics. And take different combinations each day. This has been a huge help to me. Each day try to take at least 100 billion +. (I've heard Dr. H say he recommends up to 200 billion.)
Also, add in some unsweetened Kefir (twice a day, about 3-4 oz.)
And maybe put some plain yogurt "down there".
Good luck! Tammy

I'm not on abx..and I still have occasional issues with yeast. Always when I've not been adhering to the diet.
I use the Monistat, and immediately get back on the wagon. My body apparently does NOT like sugar!
