For the first time since starting ABX almost 2 years ago my liver

seems to be showing signs of stress...my LLMD recommended

milkthistle and NAC , both in the highest doses suggested on

the label...am currently in my 4th week of Doxy ( again ) and

feeling pretty bad ...the last time I was on Doxy the 4th week

was the worst...herx I believe .

Could someone tell me what else I can do/take to help my liver

deal with it all ?

Try Zhangs hepa f no.2 It works well for elevated liver enzymes.

I think your LLMD has the right idea! Have you tried the Milk Thistle and NAC route before?

I have taken Milk Thistle since I started my abx journey just as a precautionary.

Hope they come down soon!

Milk thistle is good. And this may sound crazy, but try to sweat it out. I used to sit in a hot tub of water until my pores would all open up. It definitely saved me from toxic death on several occasions.

i'm on Beta TCP, a supplement, to clean out my liver. I'll know by Monday if it was successful after my blood test. Also, coffee enemas help to clean out the liver.
