I have Lyme and was diagnosed in 2001 as "hypothyroid". I just now was able to switch to dessicated thyroid from synthetic Leovoxyl.

I am feeling better since the switch. Was also extremely low Ferritin, now on Iron supp since June.
Vit D very low now on supp.

Just wondering what other Lymies who are hypothyroid have to say. Experiences, info on treating hypothyroid and lyme etc.

Also believe I have adrenal probs.

I had the same problems. But got off synthetics and now on compounded t3,in the afternoon, and a compounded sr tyhroid.

It's always a challenge for me to get my dosages right, but slowly bu t surely, I will get to the right dose..by following my labs...with my docs help.

Anything specific you need to know?
