Probably a couple months, maybe longer.

But, if you feel worse at the beginning, start more slowly - or you may need a different method.

The whole endocrine system is hit so hard by lyme + co. It's very complex. Do you have a LLMD or LL ND who is guiding you?

Also, Seriphos and Holy Basil are still just part of the picture. I think both are excellent and I've never been clobbered by either (although Holy Basil can be very calming sometimes, too much so for daytime use for some).

Other ADRENAL LINKS here - the books explain a great deal regarding all the choices and life-style help:

What exactly does Seriphos do? I've been taking 2 caps daily for 2 months. The listed ingredients are just minerals and L-serine, so never occurred to me that it could cause any reaction...???

I also started lots of other stuff at same time, so can't if the Seriphos is having any impact - good or bad. I've been feeling utterly exhausted and brain-fogged, but then I'm battling candida and leaky gut and herxing like crazy since adding Nystatin a month ago...

Does anyone know if Seriphos would help with candida and leaky gut? I recall reading somewhere that adrenal support can be key to resolving yeast issues. I think weak adrenals can contribute to yeast or vice versa?
